When you make a booking with us, either online or by phone, we collect:

We only ever send you promotional emails (such as special offers or vouchers) if you've actively opted in by ticking the consent box at the time of booking. We never tick this on your behalf, and leaving it unticked has no effect on your booking. Every promotional email includes an unsubscribe link, or you can email us directly to opt out at any time.
We use a small number of trusted service providers to run our booking system. We don't sell or rent your data to anyone.
We keep booking and customer records for as long as you remain an active customer, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case of queries, disputes, or legal requirements. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see "Your rights" below), and we'll do so unless we're required to keep it for a legal reason.
Our website does not use tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies. We don't run any third-party trackers or ad pixels.
